Privacy Policy

AASHTO's policy for this site is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it.

For this site, we will collect and use the following information:

• Your computer's internet address (IP address), type of web browser, web page addresses accessed, and addresses of web pages that contain links that you followed to reach this site. This information is logged and kept for up to 30 days. This information is used for trouble-shooting, analyzing web site performance, and determining what areas of the web site are most used.
• Any XML files you choose to upload to the AASHTOWare Project™ Online Payroll XML Validator service, and any Excel spreadsheet files you choose to upload to the AASHTOWare Project Payroll Spreadsheet Conversion Utility, are stored on the server and kept for a very short term. These files are securely deleted as soon as the online service has processed the file, and the files will have been removed by the time the service results are returned to you. In rare cases, if the online service fails to complete successfully, the files may be kept on our server for up to 24 hours, after which time they will be deleted by routine housekeeping software.

None of this information is ever disclosed outside of AASHTO or its contractor, Info Tech, Inc. DBA Infotech.
